Illustrate: Feature in Cartoon Map II

Here is other feature for cartoon map. This time is stray dog. Why stray dog? Because I have to make this cartoon map has the feeling of Thailand and in Thailand there is a lot of stray dogs.

My boss, at that time, said that since this is a stray dog I have to draw his ribs to be seen clearly. But I don't want too!!! I felt so sorry that I had to make him that thin ( you can call me crazy)!! I mean he can be thin without seeing his ribs and he's already, really, thin in the image that I drew!!. It's too cruel to make him any thinner but my boss insisted so I had to do it. BUT!!! This is my blog and when I use this image as a port folio I always use the version without seeing ribs.

So, here it is. Stray dog without seeing ribs.

Koala "Mr. Sleepy": Character Design

This Koala named is Mr. Sleepy. Just like his name, he is always sleepy. Whatever he'd done, he would do them really slow and if you don't keep an eye for him, he will surely fall asleep even he is standing!!

Hippopotamus Mr. Black Hole: Character Design

This is Mr. Black Hole. He is a hippopotamus who eats A LOT. Wherever he goes, he always brings foods with him.  Since his focus is all on food, he can be very patient with other things but if his food is all gone then he won't tolerate for anything, not even a second.

Turtle "Mr. Ancient": Character Design

This is the character that I designed by the concept "old" So I use the turtle and name him Mr. Ancient.

He is a VERY OLD turtle. Because of his age everything that he did, he did it EXTREMELY SLOW. He's also very kind turtle.... may be it's because he tends to be forgetful.

Gorilla: Character Design

Here is Mr. Gori (....shorten from Gorilla.... I can't think of any name for him...)

He's cheerful but a bit careless though.

Traditional Painting I

One of my best painting. I got grand prix for this one. It's for "The Philips Children Art Competitions 21st, 2003. By the theme "400 Years of Relationship Between Thailand And Netherlands".

This painting is about political event. This contest is"The Artwork of October 14th, The Democracy Day". The theme is "Democracy in people's heart". The prize that I got is first runner up prize.

 

It is "Illustrated Stamp Competition, 2004" by the theme "Imagination in Stamp". I got first prize for this one.

This is the one of my most favorite painting. It's for "Freedom Refill Card Contest 2004".

 

This painting, I named it "Enlighten". I think it really suit the image. It's for "Toshiba Thai Annual: Bring Good Things To Life".

This painting, I joined the competition "The Yuwapat Foundation Art Competition 11st, 2004" by the theme "World of Art". I got consolation prize from this competition.

I haven't done a serious painting for quiet some time. I have only painted for fun and relaxing nowadays.

Anyway, these are my old painting. All of them, I'd done for a competition. Some get the prize and some didn't but I like them all the same.... okay... some are my favorite though.

3D I

I'm learning to use Maya right now I think it's not that hard but it's so complicate.

Anyway, I still really want to learn to use it well.

Spaceship for Maya class at university. I know the spaceship is the basic model that everyone that learn to use Maya can do it but this image still be my most favorite image anyway.

Interior Design by using Maya. This is for Maya class at my university. There are 3 images of this room. I just like these image so that I can't decided which one is the best so I submit them all.

I try to make this looks like a graveyard of weapon that indicate the place is a battlefield. I know if it's a graveyard then the weapons suppose to be old but I want to show that the battle is not over and it's keep going. I just don't want an image of full battlefield with men fight each other or something like that.
